HR & Facilities Manager
Antoinette is a creative and focused individual with well-honed people skills. She is an HR & Facilities Manager, involved in planning, directing and coordinating Human Resources administrative functions. She has extensive experience in all issues related to employment, such as statutory requirements, employee and employer rights and obligations, equal employment opportunities, absence management, and recruitment.
Antoinette’s decision to join the foundation was twofold – first of all, it was fuelled by the need to give back. Secondly, she subscribes to the school of thought that ‘Prevention is Better than Cure’. Therefore, she fully identified and believed in the Foundation’s mission, as she believes that preventing women in dire straits becoming yet another sad social statistic is a very worthy concept.
