Karly May, a model and LGBTIQ+ activist brings together her passion and flair for fashion with a social conscious message. Through her social media platforms Karly hopes to empower people to be their true, authentic selves.
She is the first open, transgender model to walk for 3 local designers during Malta Fashion Week 2018 and the first open transgender model to be featured on the cover of The Sunday Circle in November 2019.
Karly has just finished reading for Bachelor’s Degree in Work and HR at the University of Malta and is currently a Member of the LGBITQ Consultative Council within the Ministry for Justice, Equality and Governance.
